XQ Institute is a nonprofit reimagining high school for today’s students through a flexible, competency-based education model. To support this mission, the XQ design language was expanded into a cohesive system and applied to key tools like the XQ Competencies and Vision Kit—helping students and educators better understand, teach, and apply all 37 competencies in meaningful, classroom-ready ways.
